POLICY

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you can return it for a refund, provided it is within 14 days of receipt of your order and the item is as new, unworn and unwashed. Once initiated, the return must be sent back to Rapha within one month of the request being made. We reserve the right to refuse refunds for returned items which are not in saleable condition.

All returns set up through our Returns Portal will be at no cost to customers as all costs associated to the return will be handled through the portal and covered by Rapha.

You can expect to receive your refund within 10 days of posting your item(s) back to us.

CLUBHOUSE RETURNS

Returns are only accepted online for items purchased directly from Rapha.cc. We are unable to accept online returns in Rapha Clubhouses.

If you have purchased from a Rapha Clubhouse or a third-party retailer, you should return the products directly to the location where they were purchased.

EXCHANGES

We no longer offer direct exchanges for online orders. If you would like to purchase a different size, please place a new order and return the unwanted item(s) for a refund following our Returns Policy. This will help us get the new item(s) to you quicker.

BUNDLE RETURNS

When both or all items from a bundle are returned a full refund is issued, however if only one item is returned, then the discount provided on the order is forfeited and this discount will be deducted from the returned items full sale value prior to the bundle discount. 

RETURNING FAULTY GOODS

Rapha is committed to product excellence, and stands behind the quality of the products it produces. From time-to-time manufacturing faults can and do occur. If you think your product has a suffered a manufacturing fault, please contact us. Items that are damaged as a result of excessive or long term usage are not considered faulty. Returned items that have been worn should be laundered before return. Receipt of unwashed garments may result in your product being returned to sender.

To make a free return within 14 days of receipt of your order (items must as new, unworn and unwashed) select the country in which your order was made in from the list below and select your chosen language to begin the returns process.

POSTING YOUR RETURN BACK TO US

Follow the instructions within the returns portal to create your free return label.

Please take your item (with the label provided) to your local drop-off point for a free return to Rapha. We request that you acquire a PROOF OF POSTAGE receipt and retain this until you receive email confirmation that we are processing your return.

Without a return tracking number we may not be able to honour your return if it is lost in transit.

Your return will be processed for refund within 10 days of posting your item(s) back to us. Once processed, the refund will be credited to your original payment source within five working days.

Please note: if you choose not to use the free returns service, any postage/shipping costs will not be refunded and we cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage caused by independent carriers.

Rapha will not accept any customs charges incurred when returning items. All packages must be marked “Goods returned under warranty” for customs purposes.
